Sunday Morning Buddhist Meditation

Please join us for this time of relaxed meditation and sharing.  Everyone is welcome.

There will be a guided meditation focused on the fundamentals of meditation during the first half-hour.  So, if you want or feel you need meditation instruction please arrive a bit early so we can help you get comfortably situated.

You are welcome to mindfully drop-in and out at any time during the morning.  Yet, please aim to be a few minutes early for the first half-hour.  Please consider that the first half-hour is a guided meditation and that people  new to meditation may be with us during that time.

Following the guided meditation lasting around 25-minutes, and after we’ve had an opportunity to stretch our legs if needed, we sit in meditation together for another 20 minutes.

Next, we discuss meditation practice and our life of practice together in a group Dharma Discussion from 9:20 to 9:50. We invite discussion and questions that emerge from our own lived meditation and practice experience rather than from theory, philosophy, or books.

Then we finish with  20-minutes of seated meditation.

Everyone is welcome to meditate in their preferred way or style.

We meet in the Williams Room.

All are welcome.
