Please join us for evening meditation and chanting in English.
Everyone is welcome. If you are new to meditation and/or our Zen way of practice, please don’t hesitate to dive in. We will help you feel welcome and at home.
One can come and go mindfully at any point during the evening as your schedule or life requires.
6:30 to 6:55 PM : Introduction to Seated and Walking Meditation
with emphasis on being relaxed and at ease, yet awake in these postures.
7 to 7:30: Seated Meditation
7:30 to 7:40: Walking Meditation
7:40 to 8:10: Seated Meditation
8:10 to 8:20: Chant The Sharing of Blessings
